If you send packages over seas and would like to request Troop Support T-Shirts to include in your packages please email our webmaster for details. We do not charge for Troop Support T-Shirts being sent over seas to our troops, supplies may be limited so all troop support shirts are on a first come first serve basis.
We offer discounted pricing for Charity Events Shirts and any other item you may want to use to raise money for a valid charity.
We support Children's Charities, Support Our Troops Fund raisers and just about any other worthy charity.
To qualify for discounted pricing on event shirts your Charity Event Name Must Appear on your items printed to receive any special pricing. Company shirts, club shirts or any other type of event shirts are not eligible to receive any type of special charity pricing.

Shipping
Shipping is probably one the biggest website scams going. Here at Vets Don't Forget.com we try to be as fair as we can when shipping your merchandise. We never mark up or add a handling charge to your order.
We do ship USPS where other web based businesses only ship UPS. That's fine if you like spending 10.00 for an item and then spending an additional 12.00 to 25.00 to get it to your front door. We have many items in our store that include all shipping costs and those items are shipped USPS with no additional charge, as this is the most cost affective method of shipping at this time.
We don't have a problem shipping UPS if you prefer this method of shipping due to problems or preference with the U.S. Postal Service.

Vets Don't Forget Babe Of The Month is an on line voting contest, each month we award $100.00 to the most voted picture submitted, room is limited so availability is on a first come first serve basis. Three to Five pictures must be submitted in order to post you photo on our voting server, we will pick the best usable image submitted.
If you submit your photos we can not guarantee your photo will be posted the same month it was submitted, if your photo is not posted for said month it will get posted into the following month or as room allows.
You must submit along with your photos your Name or Screen Name, City & State or we can not post your picture. All winners are posted on line and notified via email, winners prize money will be paid by check or email via pay pal.
Your personal information will never be shared or distributed to any other party, all personal information is considered confidential and will be treated as such.

Merchandise return policy
For a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your merchandise to us within 30 days of when you receive them, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the US Postal Service), and in original condition (please, no worn or washed items). Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip you received with a note indicating if you prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you are requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake was made in processing your order.
Please be advised that exchanges that are not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error will incur a replacement shipping charge.
We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we can't give you a refund.
Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order. Our regular business hours are Monday - Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
